Nathaniel was a considerate and helpful salesman, and Marcus helped us with financing. I didn’t feel pressured at any point. It was a bit hard getting hold of the finance department over phone, but Marcus responded quickly to his work email when I tried that. Grateful we could find a fair deal on a used car here!

Working with Nate Wade has been my most pleasant dealership experience I’ve ever had. I expressed interest in a car on their website and within an hour Nathaniel D reached out to me to help me find what I was looking for. He was kind, courteous and very helpful. He helped me find a solution for my needs and I came down to look at the car. When I arrived at the dealer I was asked if I needed any help just seconds after walking in the door. My typical experience at other dealerships has left me feeling ignored and I’ve had to hunt down someone for help. To be greeted as you walk in the door was very nice. Overall a great first time experience working with Eduardo, Dustin, Jay, and Paul on a recent Subaru purchase. It was a busy day/visit but all were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and answered all my questions/concerns while test driving, discussing options, and making a purchase. Never felt rushed with pressure/urgency/other tactics or as if they were only looking to make a quick, one-time deal; instead, their approach and offers were reasonable and they seemed interested in earning repeat customers not just getting you in and out the door as fast as possible with a void in your bank account. Time will tell if that impression is accurate, but so far I'm very satisfied and would recommend Nate Wade if you're considering a Subaru. Thanks again!

Excellent buying experience. We live two hours away, but our salesperson Eduardo Lopez made it worth the drive. He went above and beyond to communicate over the phone and text, and did exactly what was promised. When we arrived at the dealership, there were no surprises. The finance manager, Lyle Kilpatrick was also great, and did not pressure us. After said and done, we were at the dealership only two hours. I would highly recommend Nate Wade Subaru to anyone looking for a reasonable deal without any of the unnecessary stress other dealers put you through.

We purchased our beautiful new Forester. Robert Patterson was our salesman. He was absolutely the best! He spent all the time with us that we needed. He answered our questions and needs. We couldn't be happier with a sales person! Our finance person, Paul Burt, was also very informative and helpful.
